Add support for merge keys 
Merge keys are specified here[1] for YAML 1.1. While not part of
the YAML 1.2 specification, they're very useful and are supported
in other implementations[2][3][4] that target 1.2.

Support for merge keys is optional and disabled by default. It can
be enabled by defining YAML_CPP_SUPPORT_MERGE_KEYS, either directly
or by setting the CMake option YAML_CPP_SUPPORT_MERGE_KEYS=ON.

beb44b872c travis: Exclude linux/clang from the build matrix 
The combination of clang++ 3.4 with libstdc++ from GCC 4.6
doesn't work.

091ddfa52d Turn travis email notifications back on. 
Apparently the default is

on_success: change
on_failure: always

which seems reasonable.

c5f6482325 Use gcc 4.7 with travis. 
gcc 4.6 (the default) does have some C++11 support, but its flag is -std=c++0x. Since 4.7 was released in 2012, I think it's reasonable to require it.
