FMT_FALLTHROUGH is now defined as FMT_HAS_CPP17_ATTRIBUTE(fallthrough), as this attribute was introduced in C++17. FMT_MAYBE_UNUSED is defined as FMT_HAS_CPP17_ATTRIBUTE(maybe_unused), as this attribute was introduced in C++17.
