Fixed compiler warning -Wdeprecated with clang. (#452)

* Fixed compiler warning -Wdeprecated with clang.

Starting with C++11 implicit copy-constructors are deprecated when the class
has a user defined destructor.

* Fixes -Wdocumentation warning.
